TravelHER started in France with a simple microphone and one question: what actually happens to a woman when she changes the direction of her life? And a desire to share the extraordinary stories I heard along the way.
TravelHER goes beyond tourism. It can mean moving abroad, changing careers, starting a business, leaving something familiar, rebuilding after a rupture, choosing an unconventional path, or simply stepping into a new chapter.
Some of our guests have crossed oceans. Some have only crossed a street, and everything changed.
TravelHER is for women who are somewhere between what was and what comes next.
The host
Prescillia is a French woman who has lived abroad and never quite stopped wondering what life might look like somewhere else. She has worked across media, digital marketing, and content, and eventually turned that curiosity into Travel HER. A podcast she still produces, records, and edits herself.
She started the show because she wanted to hear more honest stories from women who had chosen a different direction: women who left, started over, changed careers, moved abroad, took a risk, or simply decided that the life they had been following was no longer theirs.
Travel HER is her way of making space for those stories. Unhurried, honest, and interested in what happens between the decision to make a move and the life that comes during and after.
What we stand for
- Choose your own way. There is no single way to build a life. We believe women should be free to choose their own path.
- Make the move. A move can mean leaving a country, changing careers, ending a relationship, or simply trying something new.
- Honest, not polished. We want the real story. The doubts, mistakes, risks, and unexpected turns included.
- Curious, not judgemental. There is no perfect timeline. We listen to different choices, different lives, and different points of view.
- On your own terms. Your life doesn't have to make sense to everyone else. It has to make sense to you.
